The way I like to look at it is "hindsight is 20/20" and this is just a form of confirmation bias.

I guess you should read the entire thread,because this was discussed before,

'I have done that but nobody has claimed and then it was given back to me after a certain amount of time has passed,this is why I posted this thread long time after I found it.'

You can support anything you want on ATS. Abortion, homosexuality, even wishing somebody to die, but God forbid to bring up anything concerning your love of God.

Trust me: Literally every thread and post of a Christian nature (or anything remotely resembling a Christian nature) can and will get attacked, usually by multiple people, and usually by people who don't mind calling you names and laughing at you.

Despite them, continue glorifying God and thanking Him for everything He gives you.

If you would explain what is "nonrational" about it, I could correct your misunderstandings for you.

Of course, it can't completely be helped. Even if it can be explained as rational, an unbeliever will still find it irrational until his heart is transformed by the grace of God.

Im sorry that you have received so many rude remarks, but it is that time a year were people try to get under your skin even though its a beautiful summer day This is quite a relieving thread, a thread that comes from a poetic heart which this site needs from time to time because there is much violence in the world already.

Even though i am not a believer, i would have made it my mission to find the person who lost that particular piece of jewellery... and i would not stop until i had given it back to the person, hand to hand...

For me this is the proof not that god exisits (after all the misery that i have seen in my life and those of others!) but that some of us have a good and honest heart and actually have the humanity to care to warm the heart of others and see someone smiling because of a simple gesture.

The miraculous is proof.

Indeed it is,only for 2000 years God didn't make any miracle and no miracle he allowed because of the sin of man ,the only proof of Hismiracle is His Word.

But there will come a times for miracles,only this time the flesh will feel it.
