They called 911 after the danger was over... what did they expect from 911 at that point? Shows their unfamiliarity with procedure.


It was not up to them to know procedure. Do we have to study the dispatcher's guide to call for help? He got the guy killed by giving him stupid instructions, putting him back in the danger zone after he had already left.
