I cannot vouch for the authenticity though as I have never been to Long John Silver's. Don't believe we have any in Canada.

Thanks for that I used to love Long John Silvers food, but it was very salty and oily when they changed managment. So thanks I will try this, I just started using talapia, so I think I will try this with that particular fish, oh and whiting

I love Chipolte Grill steak and rice burritos. I made the a couple months ago, but this is not the exact recipe I used.
The homemade version was delicious! The closest Chipotle is over 2 hours away, so I made my own!
