I wonder what they are, drone, space rocks, failing satellites, ball lightnings ?

Reflection off an aircraft. Limitations of camera optics, atmospheric distortion plus light reflection will sometimes make the wings hard to make out.

The following are aircraft producing contrails but look how much glare and reflection is coming from the aircraft itself.

It's an aircraft, at 57 seconds, (not seen in the video) the aircraft starts contrailing.

Aircraft don't always produce contrails even at cruise altitudes where contrails can form. If you live near to an upper air route then observe the aircraft against Flight Radar 24. You'll regularly see airliners up at 30,000 feet plus and no contrails being produced.

Conveniently goes out of focus once it is determined it is a plane...
