Dying Elderly Man Singing With His Wife In A Hospital Bed

Good news is that the man has recovered. He had slipped while helping a neighbor kid and broken his hip, leading to a blood infection. I just heard this on the radio in the car and got a huge lump in my throat. I'm having trouble finding more information but I believe the couple have been married over 60 years.

What a beautiful post/story! Husband and I will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversay on Labor Day this year....The following Labor Day, I was in labor with our baby girl! . He would probably be singing for his supper. He loves to snack. Seriously tho, He would be singing this song...our favorite when we got engaged, "Be My, Be MY Baby". We loved that song/still do.

I'd be singing the blues as I can't imagine my life without him! Hugs and Blessings to all young and old lovers out there.
