There is no difference. Seriously, NONE. If they fly him there could be fines. What do you not understand in this. I did not state UK but it is in the article.

Er, no. If we were dancing to the US's tune, we'd have let him in then immediately sent him packing to the US under our extradition treaty. Instead, we're just telling him and any airline thinking of allowing him passage to not bother.

You're comparing two entirely different situations. We have an extradition treaty with the US, so as long as they provided the required amount of evidence (and in this case the guy himself as confessed to being the whistle-blower) he would be on the next flight to Washington.

The Jordanian is another matter and owing to their supposed use of evidence obtained by torture. However, that is being resolved and Jordan has just agreed a new law which should pave the way for the clerics deportation.

It pays to avail yourself of the facts rather than spout off garbage based on idiocy.
