How can I add a "Theme"?

Hey guys! How can i add a Theme in my profile?

sorry for that, maybe asked several times before, but this is not in the help text...

I remember a thread ages ago and you was considering having more themes....

I mean, I would like the whole "bar" (were my name and ats points etc. is) in e.g. black like Infinite or SkepticOverlord you know what I mean?
