The evidence of Zimmerman bumbling his NW and general safety responsibilities(ie. his own words and nen records) is far more convincing and obvious than that pertaining to TM's drug use and thuggery inclinations(ie. minute traces in his blood and a cell-phone video of somebody fighting).

The ONLY way to answer that is to know who is yelling in the 911 tape recording, and the experts who are well versed in this area say that is an impossible question to answer.

The word "bumbling" really seems to have struck a nerve with you. It seems a perfectly adequate word to describe the actions of someone who can't even keep an eye on a suspicious person without being surprised by them after wandering into a dark, potentially hazardous area where they were last seen heading, from where I'm sat. What word would you have used to describes his "I looked down to see which pocket my phone was in" response? Naive, perhaps? Innocent or carefree, maybe?

Zimmermans 'guns for hire' will claim that it's Zimmerman.
The FBI has said that it's impossible to tell.

The ENTIRE CASE could be decided by this one piece of evidence.
But that 9/11 call is unclear.

Did the FBI say it was impossible to tell whether Martin clearly stated Z was "gonna die tonight" or did they not even analyse the recording for such utterances, such was their devotion to determining who was doing the yelling? How did Zimmerman even hear Martin say anything while he was doing all that yelling? If he was having a break or TM was stifling his yells to get a word in edgeways, wouldn't the 911 call have picked it up? Or wa Trayvon Martin the quiet spoken type of wannabe thug/gangbanger?

Who is getting uptight? Project much? I'm not throwing mud at Zimmerman, I'm questioning his whole account of how they came into close contact, in light of the information that he'd been training for the previous 16 mths to prevent such an attack from succeeding.

I am telling you exactly what the FBI said. And you have heard this all before. The FBI said it's impossible to use voice recognition and know if it's Martin or Zimmerman. IMPOSSIBLE. We all know how much you want Martin to be the good guy in all this ... but the truth is, we simply do not know who is the perp and who is the victim.

My own opinion ... they both screwed up and it's a case of stupid meets stupid.
But that isn't enough to convict someone of murder.

A talking head on CNN who analyzed the 911 tapes says if it was Martin yelling, the logical utterance would have been "Don't shoot" or something to that effect. Instead someone is yelling "Help" and "Stop" as if they're getting assaulted, which was Zimmerman. This is all speculation and we may never know who was screaming during the 911 call.

Because if someone is sitting on your chest, pummeling your face and you're trying to protect your face/head with your hands and your gun is on your hip where you can't reach it at the time, you'll be screaming help too.

So, you're going by George's description of what happened? Wouldn't you prefer to hear exactly what the closest witness to them being on the floor together says under close questioning, before you buy that story?

As we don't really know if any "jumping" occurred, let's ask instead who of the 2 was more likely to want to get into the other person's space?

Would it be the thc-imbibing, troubled teen, chatting to his g/f as he heads back home from the store, who doesn't know who the badasses to avoid in the neighbourhood are, or would it be the guy who is on his own turf, is very interested in the activities, or lack of, of strangers, does a bit of mma training, and carries a gun, just in case?
