They already got quite a lot of grounds for reversal so far too lol. It would be nuts IMO, but I have thought a lot of her decisions have been pretty nuts.

Rebuttal witness Pollack ... The judge ruled correctly.
There is no reason for Pollack to take the stand.
So this rebuttal is finished.
Now they talk about David Lee, the next (and last) rebuttal witness, and his purpose ...

Finally the Judge got it right!!

If she would have allowed ...defense could have called for a re-trail etc...

Sounds like the last rebuttal witness should be denied as well.......

8 years ago Z was convicted of a misdemeanor! So what!

If judge allows this in, then all the Travon back issue's will have to come in.

I think she will say..over ruled..go home.

Really seem to be grasping at straws at this point.

Well the defense rested and closing arguments will be tomorrow.

What do you think the verdict will be and how long till the jury reaches a verdict?

Watching this trial live, is my self-punishment for deciding to be lazy and work from home ("telecommute") today. I was hoping for some more coverage of the Asiana Flight 214 crash investigation. I think I saw like 5 minutes of that today - total.

The MSM obsession with this is sad, if not hilarious. Even a plane-crash could only temporarily snap MSM back to reality.

My guess - jury out 3 days
