Plain and simple. This is a P-flag.

Anyone who has ever cared for their constitutional rights have known for over a decade that this type of spying was already in the works. It was put into place -not at this level- by Bill Clinton, after the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995, along with endless threats from the middle east. (Al-qaeda, BC financed.).

(The spying of Americans)
It is not only just phone records and internet usage... The spying going on is so deep it consists of on-ground-manned services in terms of following people and studying them! (Psychoanalysis based on someone elses findings/study of a individual....) ((((Medical and therapist records included))).). . FFS!

For those who are just learning of this level of spying should know, you have probably already been assessed and excluded from the indepth spying that has just been made public. This is no longer a conspiracy theory. I will say with confidence the spying of Americans now...... is all about Militias and Gangs. The working public is excluded in terms of instant direct access to every bit of data collected about a individual. ..Remember.. Your life-data is only stored up to 10 years.

!!This Positive-Flag is nothing more then an assessment!!.

The main assessment here is to see if the America will do anything about it in terms of what is being shown on the public table.

Example... Will the outcry from the American people in rejection of this issue equal more then the people who want it?

"They." are testing we the American people to see how far they can go in order to assess how many more libertys they can strip without backlash from the American people. If this coordinated and plotted leak does not upset people enough to do something about it, then "they" will proceed with even more ways to crush the constitution. I believe (no proof) they are working towards rewriting it! (as long as it is supported by the main political partys.).

Thoughts?

There is a story about a man who wanted to capture a heard of buffaloes. When he approached the heard they ran away and he was unable to catch any of them. Every day he would approach the heard and plop one post in the ground at a time around to the heard as they became used to his presence. Pretty soon he had posts all around the heard and was easily able to put some fencing wire through without disturbing them.
This is how he was able to capture them all at once.
That was my thought i am glad to share

I personally feel like this WB event is staged as part of the "totalitarian creep".
I would be leaning towards the Govt itching to start filling the FEMA camps and using the stockpiled ammo as the reason we are seeing this level of information release.

Undecided on the truthfulness of what he "leaked", but I don't think he is missing at all and I don't think the government is going to try and "disappear" him for what was mostly already known info. Something is definitely fishy with Snowden.

your wrong, its being going on much longer than that, PRISM is probably just a extension of ECHELON which dates back to the 1960's and the 1948 UKUSA SIGINT agreement.

ECHELON

The spying going on is so deep it consists of on-ground-manned services in terms of following people and studying them! (Psychoanalysis based on someone elses findings/study of a individual....) ((((Medical and therapist records included))).). . FFS!

to me that reads like you are saying that PRISM is also looking at your medial records, following us about and conducting psychoanalysis on us.

if that i what you are claiming i would love to see a source confirming it.

For those who are just learning of this level of spying should know, you have probably already been assessed and excluded from the indepth spying that has just been made public.

again, source?

.....

...

actually you know what i am not going to bother quoting your whole thread, basically your misunderstanding PRISM and ECHELON doesn't mean that they sit down and look into the live of John smith the plumber form down the road or even his best buddy "joe the conspiracy nut" who rants about 9/11 and the end of the world. This system is looking for threats to national security and while yes it has been misused in the past you don't need to start panicking yet that the NSA know exactly how much time you spend looking at porn.

If this wasn't posted on ATS i would swear it was just some bad imaginative writing.

Well, we have heard that for so long and in so many ways that this particular boogieman is simply not scary anymore.

There is a certain truth to it though, but that has nothing to do with "them, but rather with marketing.

More and more trade is done online, from books and music being bought on amazon, to games and film and even larger and more complex items. Or services, you name it.

That leads to a database of consumer habits that exists today already, that is where personalized google ads come from.

Add to that the smart phone and you have a consumer habits that can be tracked down to the individual and maybe sold or potentially miss used.

But you know what? I am perfectly ok with that. Every new development has it´s price.

The thought that "they" want to imprison us and strip is from our rights is a little far fetched. If "they" even exist, all they care about is making money.

So let´s not worry too much about this.

And about the phone thing, again I am all for it. It doesn´t mean that a guy from the cia is listening to your call to your mommy. It means that a computer is looking for dangerous word combinations in order to prevent things like the boston marathon bombings.

And who could be against that? I think that the authorities would be rather careless if they did not try to use the modern technology to their advantage in that way.

No....that isn't just how Google Ads works. They tailor the ads SPECIFICALLY TO YOU. You aren't just profiled by your age/gender and then shown relevant ads based on their research.

They actually search through all your gmail e-mails, and everything you've ever entered in google, and then base the ads personally for you. Much more scary.

just though I'd put that out there.
