Can't get in to the ATS Store!

When I click on the ATS Store tab, I just get an empty white frame. Any suggestions?

I think it may be because you have no points to spend yet?

That's what I thought at first, but I just completed a survey which was supposed to get you 500 points and I still can't get in!

I can't even find the tab to get in the store in the first place...where is it?

Never seen that before
But you wont get any points posting in this forum,so since you have only 2 posts and they are in here,you have nothing other than the 500 from taking the survey.Maybe log out and log back in.

Miss hair, I don't see that you have made any posts in forums that add to your point total. Perhaps when you do your point tally will be calculated and the store will open.

The ATS store is found in the Member Center, just click the store's tab by the upload tab on the left.

So the 500 points I should have got from the survey don't count?

It's because your points are "uncalculated"

When I joined the same thing happened. They came up about two days later. Don't woory, you'll get there.

If I had to guess, I bet they will show up once you have posted in a forum that accrues ATS points. I have never before run into the situation where an new member completes a survey prior to making a board post. It will all come out in the wash once you get going in a discussion.

It's a couple of days later from my original post, and I thought I'd let you know I can now get in to the ATS store. Just in case you're having similar problems!

Not at all, but I could see it that way too. I was serious about the need for resolutions in some board business threads. Had you never said "got it" we never would have known if the advice worked.

Hopefully, you'll know when I'm being sarcastic.
