Not trying to cast doubt or anything, but, just wondering... Why the hell hasn't anyone ever followed a bigfoot-like creature? Obviously when you're
driving it's a bit tricky, but enough people have caught them on film whilst out camping.. Surely someone has followed a bigfoot before to see where
You know, I thought that myself and come to the conclusion that I would just run after it. I am 6'3 230lbs, Army soldier. You think I might have a
chance? I mean I do get cocky and somehow convince myself that I could fight a chimpanzee and WIN....then again arrogant pride has killed plenty
Some years back there was a military training going on in the mountains near us in the Kalmiopsis wilderness area. (picture is identical to where
they were at I know the area but not the exact spot hey saw it) One of the men and his Sergeant looked across a ravine and saw a female Big Foot
watching them, they admitted to being terrified. This was in our local paper.
A few years back about 30 miles from here a truck driver and his wife on vacation left very early in his big rig from their hotel. The wife fell
asleep in the trucks bed area and the trucker pulled off in a very scenic spot where the forest just opens to the ocean. (There is a trail there that
goes under the bridge and into the mountains, we hiked it once but it is just to wild and rough) anyway as he sat there he saw a Female Big Foot with
an arm load of seaweed coming from the water, now the way the place is the only way out for her would be past him, it was just turning light so they
gather seaweed early it seems.
The main thing is this guy said she looked directly at him with such hate in her eyes that he was terrified! Just at that moment a guy drove past on
the road behind him and he pulled out caught up to the guy and they both pulled over and compared notes. The other guy was also pretty upset (silly
truck driver let his wife sleep through this!)
A few years back a psychologist from our town went with his family to the OR caves...if you have been there it is a high scary road and the mountain
they say is swiss cheesed with caves that only a few have ever been found. His family was hiking one of the trials down after the cave tour and the
guy had to go potty so he went up the hill and behind a tree and squatted...he looked around and saw a Big Foot squatting behind another tree near him
looking down at his kids. He was so terrified he had trouble moving but got up and yelled to his family and they all ran down the mountain...guess the
BF didn't follow. Unfortunately his telling the story ruined his reputation.
My husband and I hiked a backwoods creek in the winter one year it was wet and cold but fun. We came to a bend in the creek and in the water facing
the far (maybe 9ft away) bank was a big person foot print with no shoe, on the far side there was a soft cliff face about 12ft tall in the middle was
a fresh gouge. It looked like the (guy) ran at the water, put one foot only in the stream bed and then was able to jump halfway up the other side in
one spring! The track was fresh because the stream was fast so in a few mins it would be gone, so we just missed it. (my picture of the print bores
anyone it doesn't show detail because of the light on the water...anyway my husband refused to hike around and follow and we never went back, we also
found a nest like area on the way out, a bunch of branches filled with leaf and moss and clearly laid in.
Don't forget the missing mushroom hunter, him and his friend went to the same area every year for years near Grants Pass Or. When they reached the are
they separated each with a bucket and were to meet at a certain time. The one guy never showed up. They searched for him for a long time don't
remember if it was days or weeks. Then a searcher found his bucket, the mushrooms were strewn along a line to the bucket, they found no tracks
nothing around the bucket and never found the guy.
