The vacuum of space. Was wandering about science things also. Some of you have heard of radiometers. They look like over size lightbulbs with balck and white coated adjacent sides within a vacum. This is mounted on a freely revolving structure within the device. When exposed to sunlight the surfaces repel the light and cause the structure to spin. The space shuttle being one of the few crafts designed with black and white coatings I was wandering what the effect on a large scale would be? I believe while in orbit the orbiter resides in cargobay erathword position. Could this be used in some maner for orbital alteration?

Says on wiki that Dark matter acts as a compactor of structure(theoretically), universe has to be a certain type of vacuum then?

I don't know if an answer to that question is knowable. I can't tell for sure, but it seems like philosophy at that point.

Maybe if you ask astronomers and philosophers, you can get a better answer with more support.
