As Germany suffers record-breaking floods:

Pakistan is simultaneously experiencing record-breaking heat wave:

www.aljazeera.com...

Back in 2010, Russia suffered record-breaking heat wave simultaneously with record-breaking floods in Pakistan and Scientist were able to establish a connection called "Rossby waves"/Jet Stream. And apparently, the Jet Stream was affected somehow.

www.nasa.gov...

Is it possible the recent weather anomalies we are having are also the result of Jet Stream anomalies?

I would say weather all over the world is connected.

Here in the UK we have had the coldest spring for 50 years. Every season for the last few years here has been either the hottest, coldest, wettest or dryest for some time, if not since records began.

Something is happening but with records only going back so far it is hard to know what is going on, especially concerning all the misinformation and propagander.

Surly it cannot be freak occurences as the regularity and persistance of these 'anomalies' is becoming commonplace.

Yes, I'd agree it is something to do with the jet stream being so wonkified. You noticed the weather forecasters sometimes mention it as being responsible for all the weird weather? But then it gets forgotten about again?

Good one! I did quick research and found this rather disturbing article!

"The loss of Arctic summer sea ice and the rapid warming of the Far North are altering the jet stream over North America, Europe, and Russia. Scientists are now just beginning to understand how these profound shifts may be increasing the likelihood of more persistent and extreme weather."

The global network of satellites showed and learned us, that every little system in our atmosphere is somehow connected to some other part. So basically yes !

It's a butterfly in Chang hi effect causing a storm in LA

It is one big huge result of these small effects all over the world, that effect all other small patrons and so on.
It has always be like that.

Lets hope the recent change is one of normal occurrence, and isn't man made.

Cheers !
