Men create societies where breaking the ego is hard because of resource shorting , so breaking out of the society becomes hard to do. If you want stuff like food, water, a place to live, friends, etc.

You have to learn social skills that deter you from being able to interact with other free people as well, so that if you leave the male ego-centric society, you are hated by the people who you wish to learn from - the free ones - And then run back.

Because the people you wish to learn from don't understand how the ego-centric society affects someone, they are less empathetic, and think it is your own choices that made you that way, like an inability to be perceptive of reality. And even if you want help, they don't give it in some cases.

So it is an additional protective barrier, because to make it out, you would have to survive on your own near death for a period of time first.

An ego-centric society is basically black magic. It tricks the brain into thinking the wrong cause-and-effect relationships are present by manipulating resources.

So people do believe the Christian God exists, because when they think otherwise, other Christians work together to sabotage them, see... so they make a false connection between believing in the Christian God and improved quality of life. This is just one example, the most basic. The Godhead, for example, personifies the values of a certain society.

Breaking out of the society becomes hard to do, if you want stuff like food, water, a place to live, friends, etc. You have to learn social skills that deter you from being able to interact with other free people as well.

You're supposed understand it so you can see through it - we created it, and we are going to destroy it. Something needs to fall for other things to rise. We play the game knowing about it, so we can never get caught up in it.

That makes sense, what do you mean by the last line?

It means if you know about it, if you understand it, then you can't be victim of it you use it and it can't use you.

Pretty good post darkbake.

I don't know if its a matter of semantics, but "breaking the ego" or destroying it is a concept I do not agree with.

Ego is the mechanism that perpetuates the illusion of separation within the unity of One-All. In order for us to be relative-subjective humans and in order for there to be any "separation" or "difference" amongst the unity, Ego is a needed gift that accomplishes this illusion. Without Ego, relativity and subjectivity would not exist.

More preferable is to 'understand' Ego, and in that understanding we become liberated from its blind enslavement.

When we destroy the ego, we become detached and isolated from existence and suffer from Depersonalization Disorder, as well as becoming apathetic. We find ourselves in the "La-La Land" of unity and lose all passion and will.

Ego is a gift that allows us to have any experience at all. To destroy it is counter to existing, and only in understanding do we become free and balanced humans.

The OP was great, I just got hung up on the single phrase "break the ego."

Peace.
