Take it or leave it. Haven't even been here for a while, so I'll just spam one of my student compositions. Better stuff on my channel; GD covers, German Lieder, more of my own awful music, hymns, etc.

Just thought I'd check in on you guys.

Based on Don Quixote, hence the 5/4 meter representing the wobbly "steed."

They exist; I am just too stupid to remember how to embed here after so long. Check second post, or if really in a weird mood, this:

Good stuff
I enjoyed listening. Would you recommend going to school for composition?

Not if you want to end up making lots of money, but I had fun! Thanks!

Embedded for you.
Interesting and soothing.

Yes, but mainly church music. The Agnus Dei on my channel was from 2009. Publisher has it right now, so don't send it to any more! Of course, if I have something on Youtube, and can even post some of the shorter scores (at least when the site they're on comes back up ), it's fair use public domain. Print, copy, perform, just don't publish it or sign your name on it!

Thanks! I'm sure if I hang out here again for a while longer I can remember how to do it; just different from the sites I've been more active on!

Latest piece: arrangement of 2nd mvt. of my harpsichord concerto for solo piano. So different, it's like writing a new piece, but the melody, harmony, form etc will stay the same.

So now, I've got three songs (the last three) from Seven Comic Songs to Poems By J.R.R. Tolkien scanned into the computer, along with this one, Cat.

All I would need would be the first four, but a couple of them are long and involved!

I can post the score to the bassoon piece in ten seconds if anyone asks! This might be enough for now. No recordings of these...

When you hit the reply button, choose the "Vid:Youtube" button in blue above in the choices. A little box will appear and you put the link in there. You want whatever is after the = sign in the link. Sometimes a link will also have an & sign, you don't need that, so post whatever is after the = sign and before the & sign. Hope that is helpful.

Just like my other site, but with a couple extra things to watch for. Thank You! I won't have anything to embed though; all the usable recordings are on my channel, and any ATS user may post them anywhere.

(As if that would bother me!)

Well, I guess I did just remember how to embed. That was written in 2009 and performed by our church choir.

I mainly sing and write for the church now, however...
