The EU Mafia are taking the UK to court over migrant benefit reductions.

The British government, in the wake of surging UKIP support, is now drifting further to the right by, rightly so, looking to restrict benefits to migrants.

Whilst many mainstream politicians argue that those who will come to the UK will mostly be along the lines of the last mass migration from the likes of Poland i.e. young hard working individuals, however the problem is that most of the young hard working Bulgarians and Romanians have already migrated (estimated 200,000) to the UK during the past 5 years via a whole host of avenues such as work permits and low skilled quota schemes, all of which will be abandoned as of 1st of January 2014 in favour of a complete open door policy.

Instead it is highly probable that many of the future arrivals from Bulgaria and Romania will tend to be poor families who will seek to target Britians welfare system as the level of poverty in the newest members states are at European extremes that only the likes of the Roma communities have experienced in the former Czechoslovakia, in which case the calculations will be pretty easy for most migrants for why would a family subsisting in Romania on less than 1/10th the resources that will be available in the UK not migrate whole families to Britain who will have the same rights as any British citizen for access to the whole hose of services and benefits available from housing, hard cash, schools and the NHS. After all, if Britain's population could similarly attain an income that was near ten times the benefits cap of £26,000 in another european state (£260,000), then the UK would also likely witness a mass exodus of many benefits and low income families out of Britain.

The whole debate on immigration is due to the laws and regulations put upon this country by the EU filth. The policy of uncontrolled immigration simply served to eradicate this country of identity, eradicate personal freedom, decrease wages and decrease purchasing power. All the while the organ grinders see profits through the roof and ease of control over a divided population increase. That's all multiculturalism is, a divided population, unlike multiracialism, multiculturalism never has and never will work. The long and short of it is that there must always be a dominant culture.

With regards to this latest episode, there should be no court that would even entertain such a vulgar display of authoritarianism, unless that court itself was made up of the same filth devoid of morality and ethical accountability. The same corrupt sociopaths that wish to turn a continent of individual countries in to a land of enslaved generic drones getting their backsides handed to them by militant totalitarian cults in the name of whatever God they believe in that better fits their own agenda. The EU Mafia are ruthless in their agenda to create the single state devoid of individual identity.

Look at what happened with Austria, the Austrian people voted for a government that was considered far right and the EU denounced it. Ireland voted no on the Lisbon Treaty, the EU denounced it and demanded them to vote again. Look at Greece, they should never have been in the EU, but due to widespread corruption they got in and then when they fell apart the ECB basically ripped them apart. When Cyprus got in trouble, the EU agreed that a tax on savers was necessary, in other words, they permitted theft by the Cypriot banks. Whenever anyone stands up to be critical or demand democratic process from the unelected EU scum that slither around Strasbourg, acts of tyranny by day, acts of depravity by night, then those independent critical thinkers and democracy wishers are not simply engaged in debate, but attacked in an aggressive display of slander, they are vilified and ostracised. If it is an organisation, all means necessary will be undertaken by these tyrannical overlords to destroy such an organisation. All funding ceases, as much as possible the name of that party will be dragged through the mud and where possible members publicly shamed and vilified. This is undertaken until the organisation collapses or is erased from public view. The entire process is repeated until the day comes when one and all think, speak and act in a uniformed way in line with EU requirements.

The EU Parliament is the most overtly authoritarian governing body that has existed in modern times. It’s whole basis of rule is based on Communist ideology. The rules, regulations, bureaucratic processes and sheer scale of the autocracy alone dwarfs that of what was created under the hammer and sickle. The filthy EU Mafia mandated all 1,164 quangos here in the UK, who waste on average 200 billion a year. “Call me Dave” Cameron said he would disband these, he has disbanded to date 100 of them...and set up quangos while doing so. Democracy does not exist here, but democracy would mean the end of these criminals in positions of power throughout the entire public sector across Europe, so it cannot exist here. At present, they elect each other, those who stay true at national level, legally or illegally, in furthering the ruthless ideology of the EU super state, get a nice cushy number in, or working on behalf of the EU Parliament, those who do not are forced straight out, never to be seen in the public eye again.

So the EU taking Britain to court on a policy that protects its national interests shows, once again, just what the EU Mafia represent. Destroy individual nations, strip identity and defraud the people of wealth, possession and freedom. Of course if Cameron was that bad for the EU mob, he wouldn’t be in power. I expect a court ruling in favour of the EU and our mate Dave to say “Oh well I tried, nevermind...”. Democracy isn’t dead, it never existed here in the first place. I even think that UKIP and Griffin’s mob are parties that have been set up to control far right sentiment, I honestly believe that if they were of any threat to the EU Mafia, they more than likely wouldn’t be allowed to be in a position to be voted for. I agree with all your post, but UKIP far right? I'm sorry but I don't see this. How people can mutter Griffins name in the same sentence as UKIP is beyond my understanding.

I know UKIP have some # policies but to be fair they are a great party and well structured to say they have only been around a couple of years

Amazing because what you said here in regard to the UK, is exactly what we see here in the US where diluting the electorate and the nation's culture is the ultimate goal of our own 'organ grinders' that are the corpo-government complex.

Even as the public has nothing against legal, fair immigration, the hegemony of those looking for a mass class of cheap/slave labor and those seeking to water-down the vote to a point where a solid majority of any direction or slant is impossible, continue their work under the protection of our fully owned main scream media.

And, of course, for those who dare speak on this subject for what it is, there is labeling and tagging of being racists or fascists... or any of a dozen other negative political identifiers. The whole concept of positive nationalism... where one is proud of one's nationality and heritage, has been so smeared and maligned that even saluting your flag can can be (and often is) turned into an act of villainy and ee-ville.

Apologies, I didn't mean to actually put UKIP in with the far right, but as far as the EU mob is concerned, they are far right. Anyone who is not a stout EU supporter, is generally considered one of the numerous, more often than not derogatory terms that is attached to those "radicals" "extremists" etc that is another term for nationalist, which itself is generally mentioned in the same context as racist, bigot, Nazi etc. All of which is another way to vilify those who oppose the EU tyranny. So although UKIP are not Far Right in policy, they are looked upon in the same manner by the EU mob and its supporters.

Absolutely, what is being played out here is not exclusive to Europe, it is the same across the entire Western world. It is hard to tell how it will end, my guess is that the overall agenda is centralisation. Europe will have one central government, America (North and South), Asia and Africa and there will be no individual countries, just individual states much like America. This actually supports what is happening in the Middle East at present, displace governments who do not wish for this to happen. Personal property will be nonexistent, personal wealth even less so. Many, if not all will be dependent on the state, but will be made to work, thus creating a single tier work force all of which are on the same wage (much like the USSR), printed from thin air by the central banks. For any of this to be possible, nationalism must be destroyed, nationalism is the single biggest threat to the NWO.

However, the alternative is actually the opposite, a total breakdown and break away of countries. American states separate from Washington completely, individual countries within Europe start breaking apart due to ethnic and religious segregation creating states within states and causing civil unrest/war as resources dwindle. African countries break away much like we have seen with Sudan. China breaks up much like the USSR.

I think the first scenario could only be brought about through a global war and the second scenario may not be considered a global war, but the effect will be little different in terms of fatality rate, destruction and displaced people.

These are bad times for us average folk on the ground and to be honest, I can't see any way out of it, I personally think it has gone too far.

I listed examples, examples that were well documented and reported across Europe at the time. It is also true that at this time the level of autocracy that the EU is, is far greater than the Soviet Union. This was even commented on by a Czech Minister in the EU Parliament, but you're right, like all of the threads here on ATS, I should've provided references. Even though the majority of references provided here on ATS are news websites, same news websites that everyone here denounces or blogs from other forums.

Unfortuantely, in my line of work providing the references that I work with would get me fired. However, if you live in Britain, or indeed anywhere across Europe you can sit there waiting for references. In fact, if you live in any Western country, you can sit there waiting for all the references on everything that is happening around you. You would be right to, its all about evidence, funny however that some topics on here need less evidence than others. I guess it depends on whether the topic is pro or against the view of the poster who comments on it, it's all very subjective, indeed the world is very subjective, no reference provided.

Yup, the EU seems like a big scheme to tap the prosperous country's while other country's wither and dry up.

Problem is not much work to sustain the grow in certain country's, making them less and less "good" at what they do.

50 years from now, every country in the EU will be very similar, instead of brilliant colours from a few of the best and a drab glow from ones that arnt, we will just have a big muddy puddle of bland bored insane bureaucracy.

I'd like to address this single point if i may.

I DON'T CARE if people from ex-soviet states ARE hard working or not!

British people are hard working, and especially and even more so if we are incentivised properly.

Seeing our school class sizes double, NHS waiting lists burgeon, A&E depts crippled, Pensions becoming non-existent and people working until they die, wages being squashed, jobs going to the lowest bidder and not the best able to actually do the work, police stretched, benefits bill rising, and the other increasing myriad negativities we Brits have to contend with daily, while watching Eastern Ex-Soviet state people, swanning into our ports and making the situation much worse, diluting our national identity, using limited and increasingly scarce resources without ANY right to do so, does NOT count as an incentive to work harder...quite the opposite actually.

NO more open door policy...i don't care if those that want to come here are the hardest workers on the planet..British resources by right MUST be for British people, and in the times we're living in, further unnecassary immigration will put unreasonable strain on our resources and infrastructure as well as on the people ourselves.

Strain too much, and things WILL start to snap.

If we can't train our own people to fill positions that need filling, we ought to train the trainers so we can!

We don't have a people shortage in this country and the people are able to be trained to fill any and all jobs that require skills.

DON'T open the floodgates to EU immigrants, open the technical schools and train our own people instead!
