If I were elected president of the United States, I'd look the American public in the face and tell the truth! We are in the midst of a crumbling economy, we have made many mistakes including allowing big banks to gain too much control over monetary fiscal responsibility. We have inadvertently given manufacturing and corporations incentive to do business outside of the US, taking good paying jobs and brilliant minds with them. We have traded the American dream for debt enslavement and financial disparity.

It is with this that I call for resolution now - operation "America First". The blame game must be set aside for the time being and make fiscal responsibility a national priority. I have called on congress to do the patriotic thing and pass temporary legislation that puts America first. If congress fails to act, I will publicly denounce the politicians and ask the American public to request impeachment of non-patriotic senators. The public must speak up and take back control, grab the bull by the horns and stick it into the ground. I have one agenda and one agenda only! America First-

My second order of business is calling on big Oil companies to except a pay it forward price reduction on fuel. Oil companies must also bear responsibility for our nations financial situation since the American people are the largest consumers of oil.Gasoline priced at $0.75 a gallon! Yes I said it $0.75 a gallon, this would entail a tax reform to allow Oil companies the incentive to lower fuel costs for a predetermined time to allow our nation to gain some legs. We will reduce taxes for manufacturing businesses and corporations alike to do business in the US. With this we will also create a mandate changing work labor laws to prevent frivolous lawsuits on businesses and corporations while still protecting the rights of the American people.

Third will be to strip the FEDERAL RESERVE of it powers and reduce them in accordance of the United States Government by the people for the people. We will go back to the gold standard or a derivative of the gold standard in our valuation of our US currency. We will not infringe upon our constitution and we will enforce our rights bestowed to us by our founding fathers. We are a nation of immigrants and will work with all people including illegal immigrants to ensure there is a practical path to citizenship but not before we secure our borders including Canada! We will work to bring back America in the name of the people. We will live within our means and learn to save. We will not bow down to other governments and yes we will bring back our troops and strengthen our infrastructure along with military! We will also make draconian changes to our welfare state and create tough and vigorous criteria for charity. Those that need the assistance will get it! Those that just want to milk the system will be exposed and expelled. We as citizens will have to take the hits not because we want you to but because that's what needs to happen, we must all share in the pain, until we get back on track! I don't like to over promise but I like to over deliver!

I'm not about hope and change, I'm about being truthful and taking action, If I can't make the necessary changes to fix America I'll impeach myself with my head held up high!!!!!!

Yes the bank interest rates have gone through the basement. Even CDs are now garbage. There was a time when getting a bank loan for a vehicle costed you less than if you had the cash on hand. The interest was higher than the APR on the loan. You made out on using the loan instead of banking the cash.

Seems like 'they' are wanting us to rely on gold/silver instead of typical savings institutions. How many times over the past few years have you heard 'buy more ###'? Makes one almost, a big almost, not believe in banks.
