Congratulations to all the winners. There were some great entries.

I'm sorry I could not participate this go around as I am working on a feature length film that is consuming most of my time. Maybe next time I will have the time to participate. Great job to all the participants as always.

I don't know for sure when the next one will be, but there is surely always one around winter holiday time. Stock up on your Clear Eyes Schmirror cuz THAT one has more entries than you can shake a stick at......literally, your arm would fall off from shaking your stick so much!

Oh, I think we'll have one sooner rather than later...and definitely before the Holidays....doing some planning as we speak.....maybe mid-July...not sure if there will be enough interest...or if it will be just what is needed to get folks energized during teh hot days of summer

I second a Halloween one!


I really liked this contest. I didnt comment when I should have been I think. I really liked it and almost was at a loss of words I guess at the artistic beauty that everyone does.
Edit-I know I could have commented still..I did help just a tiny with the theme I think... Hah...oh my memory..ugh...
I do have in my journal more themes...not sure which ones I had shared with dtom.

Awesome idea snarky! The rough sketches I started but didn't have time to finish would also work well in a Halloween contest- plus hopefully I could find enough time sans the grandkids "help" to work on them and actually finish!

Except, it is hard to limit to just 3 images.
I had several other ideas but didn't post them.

I know it is harder for the one who has to count the 'stars' but it limits the different variety of pictures IMO.

Congrats to all the winners of the contest. It was fun!
