Please accept my apologies if this has been posted before, I did search but couldn't find anything here on ATS, but I thought it was quite fun and a challenge...

Apparently the photo below is of a bus stop that has bulletproof glass that has 3 million dollars in-between the panes of glass and if you can break the glass you can take the money home....

Is this true? If so, where is it and does anybody out there fancy teaming up for the challenge...hahaha.....let me know and I'll get the flights booked...haha.........

Surely the money must have been taken by now, surely.........If that was in London it would have probably been taken within the first hour...

I wish they would do that here. Ive gotten the BP glass before. Ill do it again.

the guys trying to kick it and whatnot are downright stupid, though.

I say.....

Define Bullet Proof.

I figure $20,000-$30,000 for the rifle as a thumbnail guess and maybe a couple bucks a round. Hey, that's not bad overhead for the return on investment.

A hint: The best way to get through BP glass involves no solid objects.

Oh perhaps not, but who can argue that my 20mm method would be the fun way? Make a smiley of holes and then kick the center. Hello Millionaire. Even by taxes that should be something around 2 Million, right?

I'm in.

If you discover the location, I have certain skills that lead me to believe I could breach the glass with out too much effort. Of course I would be happy to split it with you.

plasma torch at the top (to not damage the money inside) would be the easiest way. Go to a local mechanic who has one, offer him half - and you both go home happy

Oh heck yeah, but a $20 trip to home depot will serve, also

Its all about the heat. BP glass gets pretty brittle once it gets hot enough.

uhh... no

But I know a ford tempo can't go through a brick wall and keep running...

Not sure about a Cavalier though

I'd giver a try though... and no worries... I'd pay for the bus shelter

150 per hour to rent a crane.

Just like a wonderbra...lift and separate.

I figure 40 ft straight down on the pavement might do it.

Peace
