Hi Darbake...my lucky numbers are 3, 5, and 7.

You can bond with the cards because when you choose the number, that is you interacting with the deck. It is similar to the observer effect in quantum physics, where when the scientist measures the photons, they either turn into a wave or a particle. When you choose the number, that is enough for you to be locked in with the deck. If I cut the deck, it would be based on my perception of your situation.

When I interact with the deck, the deck represents the universe, and I let it do its thing, and if I am doing the tarot reading correctly (for someone else) I will try and just point out how the cards interact with each other and what they mean so the other person can observe the situation without me interfering with bias.
