And most if not all are geared towards verification and enforcement and punishment.

What a bureaucratic mess this will end up being !!

Imagine all the data stored on computers !!

No wonder they went after specific groups with the non-profit status !!

Maybe they were dry running for PPACA and decided to take a few prisoners while they were at it !!

Imagine all the con games and loopholes this will create !!

And think about possible streamlined hiring with reduced requirements to be an I.R.S.S. employee.

What a mess.

God help anyone who becomes a victim of a "mistake" or "administrative error"

All the questions about "healthcare" are geared to see if you can own a firearm, or not. Suicidal? Anxiety problems? Any kind of anitdepressant, or anti-psychotic meds you have willingly taken from a docter?

You can't own a firearm! You are obviously not of a well mind! And we can control your refund - or target you for an audit - over and over again.

Ask yourself, have you ever told a dr. you are under stress and can't sleep? Did the docter give you trazadone (an antidepressant), or ambien, or xanax, or many of the other drugs that fall under the heading of psychotropics?

You are now a mental patient. And your medical file is there for the IRS, BATF, CIA, FBI, DOJ and everyone else to see.

Doesn't the government tell us "See something, say something"?

Most organizations engaged in criminal activity tend to be shut down or at least have operations ceased until cleared. Nope, we will just let the IRS have access to confidential information that is supposed to be protected under HIPPA to the point that a hospital has to get a new copy of your drivers license every time you register to be admitted to the ER because retaining that copy would be a violation of HIPPA.

Of course IRS audits operate somewhat outside a court of law (thus limit your protected rights) as they are conducted on suspicion of incorrect estimates of income declaration. So why should Obamacare be any different?
