What I don't get is why people just do not understand "worship" to be who you are, how you live every day, how you behave in every circumstance, and, to "consider God's will" in your life is to THINK about what you're doing, the best way, the compassionate way to do things.

Worship has nothing to do with 'religion', worship is how your life plays out, the focus of all your days averaged over your lifetime.... most people worship money, which is a man's number. Remember Jesus' words about how the flowers are clothed, and how not a sparrow goes unnoticed, they don't toil, etc etc...

The mark of the beast in my opinion is money. Love of money, being the root of all evil, is what drives nearly 100% of the people living today, young children and un-contacted primatives aside.

No one can 'buy or sell' without it.

We're trading bits and pieces of God's planet with each other and ruining it in the process, ruining each other, too. You can't cut down whole forests in Washington so people can build tornado fodder in Kansas, and not have it contribute to an imbalance. You can't prop up an entire food industry on petroleum(limited supply) and honeybees(that are disappearing by up to 90%) that don't belong where you've transported them. Scripture remarks that God will bring to ruin those ruining the earth...

For those of you out there, and I know you're reading, for those that think mankind isn't responsible for whatever changes are being hyped lately...man, you have really got to be kidding me.

The one world religion isn't going to be a 'religion' as anyone knows it, it's gonna be something that totally blindsides us, only after the fact will we say 'duh'. If we are in the end times, then that 'religion' is already here, followed and worshipped by almost everyone.... what is it?

What are you talking about. Most wars have a direct or indirect cause because of stupid religion. Though as for the Witnesses they would never revolt, they refuse to fight in carnal wars!!!!

Maybe they (JW's) know something we do not.
I caller into the Alex Jones radio program, Friday, said JW's own half of the Rand Corporation that is a think tank for government policy.
Obviously, they would be researching trends and they may have picked up evidence of this conspiracy to kill religion.

As a life long Jehovah's Witness, still one and going strong, I believe I can accurately answer your questions. We believe that the organization named in the bible book of revelation as Babylon the Great ("The great harlot" Rev. Chapter 17 , 18) represents religions of the world that has falsely represented God and his standards. Rev. chapter 18 talks of its destruction at the hands of the world's goverments represented by the wild beast. In Rev. 18 the destruction of Babylon the Great is bemoaned by the kings and the merchants that profited by their dealings with her.
Please feel free to ask me any other questions and I will respectfully answer any questions made respectfully.

And what are we all gonna do if this actually starts becoming reality? And what would it mean? Once it begins it's already too late. You know that brings to mind something I've been telling people for years. That this world is #. Governments are #. The constitution doesn't mean squat to congress. They find those loopholes. They find that "backdoor." Before 9-11 you'd never believe me if I told you about the kind of things that are going down right now in 2008, would you? But NOW look. Man will try to own portions of Outer Space, control the weather, colonize the moon, mars and whatever else. Basically we will try to take the place of "God". And what are the rest of us gonna do? Well what we always do, absolutely NOTHING. Yeah, will sit our computers and "talk" about how bad things are getting, and who's to blame for this, and who's to blame for that, not realizing the whole ABSURDITY of the situation. Jehovah's Witnesses are the only ones out there making any actual sense out of the mess out there today. Science can tell me how to send a man to the moon or how to clone a human being, but it will NEVER tell me why that same man feels the need to get meaner and greedier everyday, why we seem bent on SELF-DESTRUCTION. I thought every species had it in them to survive above all else? Well, it looks like the little chimps in the zoo have one over on us. What are we DE-EVOlutionizing? The holy scriptures (king james, new world translation, etc etc,any bible will do ) are the only clue as to whats really going on in the world today. Yes I believe in the God of the jews, and in his son the Christ of Christian theology. I believe that if there were a God he'd make contact with humans right away, and that he did. ( Judaism is one of the oldest surviving religions). Soon after, if you agree with the bible, you see how all languages/cultures got intermingled and spread out (egyptian and eastern religions came thousands of years after the first rise of human civilization!) In fact most religions today can have their origin traced back to ancient Babylonian religion. I only mention this point because so many people get so sensitive when the subject of a "true religion" comes up. But if you look at it logically, and historically doesn't it look that way? If God does exist, wouldn't the path that leads to him have to be supportive of the entire concept of God? The belief in a eternal soul (another Babylonian practice) kind of puts God (the giver of life) out of the picture doesn't it? A world without death makes more sense than a soul being recycled throughout eternity. I won't even get too deep into the concept of Heaven/Hell (let's just say that even as a child I laughed at the idea of it, I mean what would we do in this Heaven all day, play the harp and bounce around on clouds forever? And as for eternal torment, well that's just plain insulting to our Creator) The Jehovah's Witnesses are the only religion that actually STUDIES and explains these things to you. When's the last time your pastor actually answered any of your questions? Encouraged you to do your own research? (yes, some elders are pretty open-minded, as long as it doesn't conflict with bible standards) There is no such things as forbidding books, you are always free to do what you want, if you want to leave the truth and go down a different road, than so be it. It takes different strokes for different folks. Were not all cut out for this type of thing. It's hard. You think that witnesses ENJOY spending much of their free time preaching to a sea of indifference and hate? (well, actually most do) We don't claim to be perfect or even better than anyone, we simply our trying to reveal the truth as it has been revealed to us. Yes there have been incidents of crime, sexual abuse, suicide, etc.. in the organization but to say there never has been would be an astronomically naive and stupid claim. I'd might as well say we are not human (theres one I havent heard...yet.)

I see the American govt turning its back on religion
and this may be a precursor to the UN doing so
Obviously Christians who follow the teachings of the bible
will find it hard to accept Homo Sexual practices
and JEWs want them Accepted

So I can see how the UN would want to abolish all religions who banned the practice of homo Sexuality.
meaning all religions who follow the protestant and Catholic denominations as well as the religions that use the KJ version bible like the JW

in this context I do not see it as all that kooky
in order to bring the world under a NWO one world govt Religions will have to appease each other so they could all mesh into the NWO
this appeasing would be proof that these religions are false and empty teachings.

John Stewart was making fun of this last night in his coverage of the congressional hearings on the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy in the Military.
One of the people in the hearing said she was afraid that if gays were allowed, people who could be classified as homophobic wold end up being kicked out.
Stewart said, look at all the people who will never be able to be in pro sports because they are racist, as if that was funny.

Gay rights may be the issue that destroys certain religions. I think the governments (NWO) will let the particular religion exist as long as it drops its "human rights" offending commands. People are put to death in some countries if they're caught doing homo sexual acts.

See the article about France pushing the UN to decriminalize homosexuality around the globe.

www.eubusiness.com...

China breaks human rights in other ways. I wonder how they'll convince them to change. Sanctions! We won't let you buy and sell if you don't follow our universal creed.

You are perfectly safe from talking to J.W.'s if you tell them you already have a religion.
If you do not have one, they are willing to give you theirs.
As far as the idea of keeping the blood pure you can see they are right, by looking at what is coming out in the news about autism being caused by vacinations.

You are deflecting a post/thread here which is regarding some of the most powerful entities on Earth. If you don't think the Watchtower is such a group, then you are misinformed and should quietly read, rather than post.

Did you know that the J.W. leaders were thrown into prison for being against WW I ?
They had the right idea. The US getting involved in WWI only helped cause the rize of the Nazi's.

Yes, because they make such a big deal about it. But did YOU know that Zionism was hand-in-hand a partner of National Socialism? Do you understand the concept of the "sacrificial victim"? The Watchtower milks theirs evey chance they get. Fact is, the WW2 camps were a Catholic Inquisition arranged by the Vatican. That the WT had a few people tossed to the wolves, means little except in the galvanising of the Pharisaic/Masonic ideals, which are (and have always ostensibly been) in warfare with the Vatican.

I will quote here from "Occult Theocracy" by LADY QUEENBOROUGH
(EDITH STARR MILLER) Wiki Starr-Miller ...Its a great book which you can find if you search for it. So many great books of truth were written by women. Thanks ladies!

NOTE: This book was published in 1933 --after Rutherford's B'nai Brith takeover of the Watchtower and before Hitler, the camps, etc...

"CHAPTER XCVIII THE RUSSELLITES OR THE INTERNATIONAL BIBLE STUDENTS
(Founded 1879)

The International Bible Student Movement was founded by Charles Taze Russell (1852-1916) with the object chiefly of attracting the lower middle class intelligentsia of Christian communities such as certain clerical workers, teachers, servants and persons not accessible to direct forms of propaganda. In America the movement has had great influence among the negro element. In 1879 Russell founded The Watch Tower of which
he was the sole editor.

The Russellite teaching, drawing its own arbitrary conclusions and proclaiming them as final, professes to prove from Biblical sources that all Christian churches are evil and corrupt, that the time of the Gentiles ended in 1914, and that the Jews must henceforth reign supreme over the world. It also elaborates an occult dogma alleged to be based on biblical precedents.

It condemns the Roman Catholic Church, referring to Rome in true esoteric Masonic style as Babylon and disposes of the Pope and his entire hierarchy as agents of the Antichrist who are doomed to extinction according to the familiar Masonic formulas of Albert Pike, Mazzini and Co. We are further told on biblical authority, interpreting the following words in Rev. II. 24 " As they speak " that this means that " Satan is a name applicable to Rome as describing its characteristics. 1 The Protestant Episcopal and other Christian churches which in Russell's graphic language are " the Harlot daughters of the Romish Church " and " have committed fornication " which term he interprets as meaning the union of Church and State, so bitterly opposed by the Jews in all countries, fare no better at the pen of this prolific writer, who predicts that, under the visible rulership of the Ancient Worthies (The Jewish Sanhedrin), those Gentiles who still believe in Christ will acknowledge his reign as an invisible one while submitting as Christians to all the hardships these Jewish lords might choose to put upon them.

Brother Russell gives us little hope for the time of tribulation which is upon us, for on page 122 of The Finished Mystery he wrecks any hopes we might still cherish with regard to benevolent brotherhoods in the
following sentence — " As the trouble increases, men will seek, but in vain, for protection in the great rocks and fortresses of society (Freemasonry, Oddfellowship, and Trades Unions, Guilds, Trusts and all societies secular and ecclesiastical) and in the mountains (governments)
of the earth ".

The publications of The International Bible Students Association are interesting samples of political propaganda and seem well calculated to suppress possible instincts of revolt among such members of the Christian
community as might object to the role allotted to them under the Jewish Super State.

The present head of this movement is John Rutherford.

1. The International Bible Students Association, The Finished Mystery, p. 43, pub. 1918.

For the root of this movement see Chapter LXXVI.

...and my earliesr posts in this thread should also be viewed before anyone tangles with me here on this matter.

The JWs are duped, propaganda-pushing Shock Troops and future sacrifical lambs of the Pharisaic/Zionistic/Masonic/Luciferian scheme washing over Earth right now. Also the cult is a blood-protecting coven for those who think blood has actual occult power, when shed.

I believe it. First the UN will push a global ban on anyone but governments owning guns. Some years will go by and of course none of the kiling will stop and warlords will still go around murdering and raping villages and committing genocide then the UN will just figure it must be something else, what's left, okay god. This guy doesnt like that guys god so we'll ban religion. Then a few years will pass and people will keep killing each other and warlords will still be murdering and raping villagers and nations will still hate each other so the UN will ban, I dont know, music and culture. Yeah thats it. No more culture we're all the same. And people will keep killing each other and warlords will keep murdering and raping villagers and nations will still hate each other.

Sooner or later the UN will have to ban people.

If it's one thing I've learned in my short life it's that if it's pointless yet oppressive the UN will do it.

Well it's getting more interesting all the time. I've found many instances where the UN has taken issue with Religion and has and is setting up their own church.
Here is a video when a congressman (Ron Paul) talks about UN and religion.
He's not the only one saying this either.. It surprised me to find that 20 or so high ranking political officials have said similar things.

polidics.com...

Then I come to find out that all these new prison camps that halliburtion has built or "refurbished" the property is "owned" (by treaty) Because they can't outright own property by the U.N.

That is interesting to me because of how this discussion has gone. I also thought it was time for an update.

WOW? You were a Jehovah's Witness? Really? Hmm...for that long & all u say is that they advertise? I argue that very much! I completely disagree. Teaching is certainly on the A list! I have met some of the most humble, trust worthy and sincere people through the Witnesses. Some of the nicest and more knowledgeble people about bible truth I have ever enountered! On their behalf, I absolutely agree that Religion will be outruled. Its already in turn. The UN has already been discussing this...the 'world' will follow in time! As for the responding statement, if you were once a Witness, then I really do not need to say anything. Whether you are a believer and you choose not to follow with them, you know in your heart that they are the truth. In the back of your head, its constent & always there. Thats all.

the JWs have always taught that armegedon the destruction of this system of things is only known by god himself. what happened in the 70s was a lot of the witnesses tried to guess the exact time when all along they were being warned that they shouldnt. the bible only gives us signs and says we wont know till its here as said in mathew 24:36,44. As for the UN banning religion is unclear exactly how or what will happen but it is said that the beast ( world governments (UN?) ) will devour the devour the harlot being babylon the great ( False Religion ) as it talks about in Revelation 17. So we are supposed to watch for these signs of the end and be cautious but not try to predict its time.

Not to contradict anybody or make anybody mad but JW was founded in early 1900's by a guy who claimed the world was going to end several times. He got some people to follow his "beliefs" and there you have it. If you read in the bible in the book of revelations, it states clearly that after Jesus's second coming, and the world enters in the last 7 years, during that rein will then only 144,000 be saved. And the bible that the JW's use is one that you can only get by becoming a JW. I had these two JW come to my house once, and they tried to convince me that Jesus was really Michael the Arc Angel, and they also stated that when we die, we then get a chance to choose between God or Satan. I took some time studying up on JW's because I wanted to be well equiped when those two visited my house. Their not suppose to read on their own and their suppose to take the magazines that the Watch Tower Society publishes and beleive every word in the magazine. Over a period of time the magazine has contradicted what their own Bible says. They do the door to door knocking everyday and when finding someone interested in learning more, they set up visits with that person. During this time, they bring their own bible in, read some "scriptures" that they are familiar with and know very well. These visits will last for as much as 6 months before that person is invited to visit the church. I'm sorry, but if mankind has been around more than the 1900's, what happened to all the people that lived and died before JW became a religion? And where in the bible does it say that Michael the Arc Angel is really Jesus? Why is it that it takes 6 months before a person can enter a JW church? Why all the secrets? The religion just contradicts itself over and over and over.

I am one of Jehovah's Witness and we strongly believe religion to have been a major sourse of wars and problems in the world. Times are tough and will only get worse as Jehovah will not put up with their (false religion)tampering in governmental affairs forever...Jim
