Once you put a camera on it and spy on others, then yes it is a drone. People like you are the ones peeping into ladies windows and stating you are within the law.

A toy RC device is for fun, once you place that camera to full fill your dark perversions, it becomes a tool of sickos.

I would think any type of perversion that invades a person privacy as stated by law is wrong, but I don't see this any different than a person who buys a telescope to view stars or use it in a perversive way to view their neighbors from a distance. Whether a person sneaks up and looks in your windows or uses electronics to do it doesn't really change the act being performed, and a person with a RC airplane and a camera follows the same logic.

The hyper sensitivity that people have over this is amusing when there are 1000s of cameras already recording everything they do, every word written or spoken electronically is run through patterns and matches, anyone could sit outside your house and record every word spoken in it, any computer or phone can have its camera taken over and record remotely anything in view. etc etc and we all debate about an RC with an extremely crude camera on it as a big threat.... Lol
