What does "farnetications" mean?

It's not in the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary. It's not in Webster's Third New International Dictionary. Both dictionaries are big mofos.

Webster Tarpley uses the word as follows:

Wut de meanin ob dis wird? I stumped.

Well I stuck it into google and its in common use but as yet I cant find a dictionary listing it.

This is all I could fine I tried farneticate and got this.

I am still searching though, I am also trying farneticating, and other variations, but its weird that its used often, but there is no dictionay version, I will look into my military dictionary, and law dictionaries as well.

Almost sounds like fornications but with an extreme accent.

I had the same experience. Tarpley is multi-lingual so I figure it might be something he plugged into English from Italian or some other Romance language. I'm going to check that in Google translator next.

In my Collins Italian Gem Dictionary farneticare means to be delirious. Tarpley probably means delusional ravings or something like that.

Thankyou Webster for moving the English Language one micron closer to Latin.
