Completely overwhelmed

Hi all .
I am brand spanking new . I was invited by a friend . I've never been in here before ,so I'm overwhelmed .
I belong to other forums ,and none of them are set up this way,or quite as big .
I'm trying to figure things out via trial and error . The fact I managed an AVI ,font color and a profile background ,is just made my day .
Trying to figure out how to add my friend now.

I have awful spell checking skills,so please try not to laugh too hard at my typos .

I hope to meet some new people .

Browsers usually have spell checkers...mine is working perfectly.

My spell checker doesn't work quite right ,and I type fast . When you see I've edited a post,its for typos .
And I didn't think it was a dating site ,but I'm tired of meeting obnoxious rude morons on other conspiracy sites .
Some sites have so many trolls,good threads are a chore to read because of having to edit thru all the garbage .

Looks like you are off to a great start!

Adding a friend is as easy as putting your mouse cursor over the little arrow under their avatar and selecting Add Friend


I am still figuring things out, my wife was much quicker, like, one day on some things that I didn't find in 9 years myself!

It took me months to figure out how to add an avatar and you've already done it? Methinks you will go far.

To add a friend, go to the person's profile (under their avatar) and click the 'add as friend' button. There. You now have a friend added and it was much simpler than an avatar!

There'll be a mod along shortly to offer the official welcome. In the meantime, enjoy the fun!
