Conspiracies happen everyday. They may not be very big, but they surely happen all the time.
1. A secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.
2. The action of plotting or conspiring.
If I were to plan on murdering my neighbor, and I ended up doing it, that would be considered a conspiracy.
If I was a banker, and I secretly embezzled money, that would be considered a conspiracy also.
People are under the impression a conspiracy is only when the receiving party, is actually the culprits. But that is not the case.
If you look at a major event, such as 9/11, you could say that it was indeed a conspiracy. A group of people planned, conspired, and carried out the
attacks. Doesn't matter if middle eastern radicals did it, or our own government, it would still be considered a conspiracy no matter what.
The only thing we have to worry about, is WHO was behind the conspiracy, not asking if it was a conspiracy in the first place, because it was.
There's a list miles long you could make showing all of the conspiracies that have happened throughout time.
