I didn't hear of any other attacks but then again I havn't looked at any News sites since I started this thread.

I am NOT advocating this but it HAS happened before.
Groups of people have been chucked out of Britain and Western Europe - that is a fact.
Unfortunately it last happened very recently in Germany and we all know that story.
France have been kicking out the Roma, as recently as last year.
So do not be so certain in your conclusions.

Actually a more recent example would be Bosnia with the Serbs and Croats going at it.

I do not see the issue in the UK escalating to this level. It is true that in the past many of the Western European powers did engage in this type of behavior but times have changed.

I do not live in the UK so I don't have my pulse on the actual level of tension there, I can only theorize from an intellectual point of view, so perhaps it is getting so bad overthere that clashes may happen at anytime. I know that these clashes can also spread like wildfire if the wind is blowing just right so I'm not saying it is impossible for the UK to ignite but I think calmer heads will ultimately prevail.

I am in the U.K and I know the Brits are a common sense bunch. They even tolerated the IRA when they could have blown them to Kingdom Come!

I have not been there for about 4 years. I want to go there exploring again. It is safer than people think...much! I feel more secure there than in England.

Tourists are treated very well there, but you have to get used to all the shoving. It is not rude actually. The more Jews touched the better so to speak! Literally rubbing shoulders!

I bet you know all about that.

Loads of Americans go there. I traveled with some great guys from U.S!

I will PM you about my visit there. Give me half an hour.

A clash of some sort can't help but come someday as things get worse and by worse I mean when the Muslim culture infiltrates enough country's that it fells safe in its attempt to install Sharia Law and convert those that will convert. Those that don't will be enslaved or killed, I can't imagine people in any country standing for this, I don't care what color there skin is.

There is supposed to be 1.5 billion Muslims, that leaves 5.5 billion people that are not Muslim, I really doubt they are all white.

It's not a clash of civilizations, but Europe in general has got to stop letting in everyone that wants to come in and start kicking out those extremists who have no plans on assimilating. You have these radicals who have come to your countries, live off your countries generous social programs and still want to destroy your country. Just kick them out, those that don't wish to play by the rules. There is no reason to have such people as citizens in your country IMO. I'm not talking all Muslims, but those that don't show any inclination of wanting to be a British or Swedish or German citizen, they don't give it to them and seen them packing

It's already happening I'm afraid. I'm not British, but I have close friends throughout the U.K.. One of my friends lives about two and a half hours (forgot the name of the place, sorry) from London. It's literally "them VS us" there. Immigrants (Muslims, Hindu's) often clash with the local populace, breaking windows of homes and cars. His wife was even assaulted for being at the "wrong" side of town shopping at a super market.

It's also happening in Norway and Sweden. Just not as bad yet, but you clearly see a "them VS us" mentality and it's not due to the Norwegians or Swedish. It's due to the immigrants wanting their host countries to conform to them. And when that doesn't happen, they get violent to try to coerce the country to follow their demands.

I suggest everyone pull off their rose tinted glasses. Want a good idea of what Islam is doing to Sweden?

Oh it surely is. Islam and Christianity or Europe have been butting heads for 1000 years.
This is the only time we have invited them in - so deeply in though.

I would like to add that Islam clashes with every culture that is not islam - looked what happened when India was partitioned in 1948 ish - nearly a million people died.

India still struggles with Islam even though they were given their own land now called Pakistan.

Look at Afghanistan - it used to be a buddhist country etc etc .

There is an apparent core of Muslim extremists in the UK.

Just take a little stroll through youtube videos, search for Muslim protests in UK.

I don’t think most Europeans (or socialists in general) even know what assimilation means. Hell, we barely understand the concept in US anymore and it’s the law!

They’d better wake up and fix this while they still can.

I feel that in every society throughout history there have been extremist and that reasons for conflicts between societies, have a lot to do with their opinions.

In a way it is not difficult to understand when the OP sites Muslims as the problem.

There are 1 billion Muslims on this planet and most of them find this kind of behavior as disgusting as most everyone else on the planet thinks it is.

I myself look forward to a time in history when moderates in every country in the world, stand up to there own homegrown extremists and ignore them.

I mean look at the issue of America and Brittan, 237 years ago we would kill each other on site.

Atrocities were committed on both sides and what eventually changed is that we realized our differences were less important than what we have in common.

Keeping in mind there was the war of 1812.
