With all of Qaddafi's Russian made AA missiles floating around Libya, why would we be buying back a handful of Stingers? Were we packaging untraceable weaponry for the Syrian insurrectionists? And if so, who would want that stopped in its tracks? So was the Benghazi attack, a false flag, and was there a direct threat against the U.S. homeland, forcing us to stand down? Victor Ostrovesky, in "The Other side of Deception", claimed that the Israelis did something similar back when Reagan attacked Qaddafi, with Ardvarks. Then it was just a pirate radio station in Qaddafi's back yard, spoofing our Intel, into thinking he was sending directions to German Terrorists. About a month after Benghazi, there were black helicopters criss-crossing D.C., flying very low, and obviously sniffing for something. Now there is some fixed wing job, flying night time patterns over Cambridge, MA. sniffing for something similar. This wouldn't be chemicals or bugs, but more likely some dirty bomb, or even a pre positioned nuke. This cuts down the cast of characters even more, as only a backer of the Syrian Gov't, or a mortal enemy of the insurrectionists, who has something creditable, laying around, could pull this off. Right after the Benghazi incident, the POTUS bailed out for California, 3000 miles away. What do you think of this Coals to Newcastle scenario?

Could you explain the part about the "German terrorists" a little more? Were they Germans? Or were they dedicated to attack Germany with terrorism?

And "coals to Newcastle" is like "bringing owls to Athen"?

Those were terrorists who bombed a cafe where American Soldiers were at, in Germany. Newcastle was a major exporter of British coal, so shipping "coals to Newcastle" doesn't make any sense. Victor wouldn't put any blame on his Israeli buddies, but he did say that they were capable of doing such a deed.
