He's fairly young so it could be any number of reasons for his absence. I remember life as being one set of chaotic events after another during that time of my life. Real life takes precedence for us all sometimes- even our beloved Mods!

We got slammed with snow last week, and then the first floor flooded after a pipe burst, I put in a few really long days, and now...I got sick...lol

Hi Everyone! Sipping my hazelnut coffee and trying to wake up. OMG, yesterday I was finishing up my Christmas shopping and I couldn't believe how many screaming kids there were. And I mean SCREAMING! Yikes! I couldn't get out of there soon enough. LOL

Experimented on trying to make an angel doll. Came out so good that I will make some as gifts for next year. She has real feathers for wings.

We had to go to Walmart yesterday and it was crazy.
I hear ya. We got most of our Christmas shopping done through-out the year so now I just have to wrap and put up the tree..lol

It worked out pretty good that way.
Not a lot of Christmas stress this year, can just enjoy it for once!

That is exactly what I do! I shop throughout the year to save on stress. LOL I only needed two small items and the rest was doing my elderly Mother's shopping. She rarely goes out, so I often do errends for her.

Not a problem! I let the kids decorate it this year, so they kind of got it out of their system. But the candy canes only get to live at the very top, out of stepping stool range.

It really is good to see everyone about. I hope all of you are feeling great in time for Christmas!
