TERRORISM: Zarqawi Group Urges UK Hostage Release

A group allied with Al Zarqawi urged for the release of CARE worker Margaret Hassan. They were asked to free her unless she proved to be a spy. This was posted on an Islamic Web Site.


They are being asked to publish any evidence against Hassan, or free her. This message has not been authenticated by authorities yet. Hassan was captured in Baghdad on October 19th.

After her abduction CARE halted all operations in Iraq. Margaret Hassan has lived in Iraq for at least 30 years, was married to an Iraqi man, and held citizenship in both Iraq and Britain.

The Iraqi militants had threatened to turn her over to Zarqawi's group unless their demands were met.

Then Zarqawi's group urged them to free her.

Why not just let the militants turn her over to them, and then release her? It would benefit them in the eyes of much of the world.

Something is missing here. Is it that Zarqawi cannot guarantee her safety because he cannot control his own people?

Zarquawi is just as bad as the rest of those bastards. He is a terrorist pure and simple...and you guys sit here and speak of him as if he is a nice fella for wanting others to release 1 hostage? Lemme tell ya something. How many innocent people did this fool personally see beheaded, hmm? Im tired of people running around saying "nice things' about this monster. Such as michael moores comments saying zarquawi is a "patriot", and a "minuteman"....people like that sicken me as much as terrorists..

maybe they will be crazy enough to kidnap and kill a baby next time...
even the radical islamic mullahs are trying to separate themselves from this...
killing this innocent aid worker was the single stupidist thing I have seen a terrorist do yet... they are becoming their own worst enemy. as well as earning condemnation by the entire civilized (and uncivilied) world. My thoughts and prayers go out to the poor woman and her family. As to the people who did this... They need to kill themselves for Allah, due to the shame they have brought upon their religion.
