Some rumor about Ohio political flyers

I heard that a group of political extremist made flyers that informed certain voters that because of the large number of people expected at the polls that republicans were to vote on the second and democrats on the third.
Even if its not true I believe many could be decieved and miss out because of a flyer with that intent.

Most democrats are stupid enough to fall for it. It works evertime, everywhere it is tried. And when dems lose they cry about it everytime.

But really, I doubt that it's true, it has been brought up in every election I can remember.
