Seriously, what would happen if Ohio should have gone to Kerry?

John Kerry conceeded and gave up. I realize he did so based on projected votes. But now there is talk of voter fraud or errors in counting votes. So what happens? Kerry gave up, right?

So its pointless to continue to count. Or is it?

There is no doubt the count will be completed.

The selection of the President is in the hands of the Electoral College in the archaic system employed in the US. The members cast their vote for the President. If Ohio is Kerry's then his vote would be cast that way.

The plan was for Kerry to quit before that ever happened.

I dont think there would be a regime change. But if there was one, imagine the screaming and revolt that would go on!
