is the first woe in revelations a world war????? what do you think?? it speaks of angels bound and locusts etc, maybe that would be a discription of modern day warfare?

plus if you read up on the NWO and the plan it involves like a FAKE armegeddon??? the next war will be the fake one, it will be so bad everyone will THINK it is armegeddon when in fact it is the first woe of revelations that leads to the death of a third of mankind.

im posting this because there are alot of posts on the end times etc, surely the BIGGEST next "sign" of the tribulation (please note trib not jesus returning..he returns immediatley AFTER the trib of "those days") would be a major world war...probably some mid easten thing that causes all the global hotspots to ignite (china and tawian , n korea s korea etc)

if you look at whats happened in the last 5 yrs ..the world was in relative peace compared to what its like now...statistically the opportunity for the world war has jumped by like 80% since 911 and the war on terror.

this must be the next MAJOR thing that would convince even the strongest sceptic that this is the end of the age , lets hope we still have lots of time before this unfolds because its going to be really harsh -- 1 billion ppl dying!
and of all the unstable nutters in power in history the fact that bush is still on a "crusade" etc is pretty scary!

The book of revelations was included in the Bible only after Emperor constantine was strong armed by a core group of religious zealots in 326 AD.
Revelations is based on far earlier books written by female spiritualists known as sybils.

The damage revelations has done, diverting people from God by instilling unnatural fear of god and the slavation represented is truly a tragedy.

im not sure what you mean by prove it, but if you google the sybilline books, or prophecies, you can read them for yourself. Keep in mind these were written 600-700 years before the Book of revelations. They are a rough draft for revelations. Proof will depend on your research and conclusion.

Sybils were a catch all term for women that were prophets.

The Council at nicea were not warm to include the sybilline prophecies, they were well known to Roman citizens and popularly Pagan. The books ended up being written as revelations, and original sybilline prophecies were burned and history was re written to what people believe today; the book of revalations was written by John.

The tragedy is people are using revelations and dont know better.

This does not take away the spiritual knowledge contained in the rest of the Bible, but should be considered. Much of the Bible is borrowed from earlier writings, the originals being destroyed by the conquering armies or religions.

Read up on the phoenician alphabet, and ancient Phoenician fables. These preceed the stories in the bible by thousands of years. Noah, Creation, etc are borrowed stories and re written to reflect the popular beliefs of the time.

Its like west side story....which is romeo and juliet adapted for broadway and television. Shakespeare re written to reflect the pupolar beliefs of the day.
