The story of the beating in the Bakersfield that resulted in the death of David Silva is tragic and one that is covered in a thread here on ats...Dad who died during arrest 'begged for his life'; witness videos seized

The witnesses video was confiscated but a security video did make it to the internet...which many here have likely seen yet. The total number of baton swings in the security video has been placed at 19 though the video is grainy. My friends were in a position to drive to Bakersfield for the first protest and we contacted witnesses of the beating. The protest videos are as follows -









We have interviews from two of the witnesses and they will be posted within the next 24 hours...
