Okay, is this how bad the internet and scammers have gotten?????

The title of this thread is the title of an email I just received............here goes....

At 3:00pm Friday, information that could effect your reputation was posted online here

Now after Name, it had my email address...............first off, I have NEVER been convicted of a crime, second, unless they used the law to get my information from my ISP, "HOW DO THEY KNOW WHO I AM, AND WHY DO THEY CARE?"!!!!

Been around the net for awhile and just wanted to give a little heads up to those whom may fall into the gullible category, but this kind of crap is really pissing me off!

Probably just some new scam somebody came up with.

Do not reply and delete that spam. I cannot express how much ridiculous spam I get in my email. "Ugly men say these words to make women want you." "Some powerful and rich person wants to give you money." "Canadian pharmacy free medication" etc. There is so much junk email I receive I just block and delete. It's nothing but spam from thrid parties that some how got your email. It's terrible. But I'm glad I can delete and block the emails.

Um, no, this is a data mining operation, they get a couple facts on you and in some variations say they have proof you look at child porn or something.

Or they might say you have a criminal record, be shown to be involved in fraud, crime.

And they just want a modest fee to fix it. Give em your credit card number wont ya!

Surprised people fall for these things.

Stop looking at porn btw, get a paid membership sans the spyware.

Seriously, some would consider me as being eunuch! Been married twice, had my share of meaningless flings, and to be honest, having sex for a few moment of pleasure doesn't compare to the weeks or months of hell dealing with the emotions and attachment afterwords!

I just feel sorry for the older people that are not net savy that sometimes get caught up in this kind of crap...If I ever ever find one of these spammer douchbags that are fishing.....well it wouldnt be pleasant...

Nobody would be interested in my life anyway It would bore people to death. I used to check out people's resumes on the employers unemployment site. There were some interesting resumes on there, I never realized how much stuff some people could twist to make themselves appear better than they are.

So the check I'm sposed to get in the mail is not real???

That was the purpose of my post!!! Also, my brother and his family have only been on the internet for two years, and I am CONSTANTLY telling them that if they get garbage like this to either forward it to me or delete it!
