An Open Message to the Police & Military.

So ATS-ers, what do you guys make of this video and its message?

During the trials of the Nazis in Nuremberg, it was established that it is not an acceptable excuse to say "I was just following my superior's orders".

The outcome of these trials were incorporated into a guide for universally recognized war crimes known as the Geneva Conventions, which the Bush administration sought to challenge:

The main debate is over White House efforts to write definitions of what would be inhumane treatment under the Geneva Conventions...

Thats right, the US wanted to withdraw from rules designed to prevent Nazi type atrocities...

I've often argued that the US military is nothing more than the enforcement division for corporate America. After all, the tax payer funded military is controlled by civilian politicians who take their orders from corporations.


Some of those soldiers are headed back to our shores.


Is it time that US police and military stop following unlawful or illegal orders?

There are some who have pledged to do just that.
