I think it's pretty unfair and uncaring of their god to send most people to suffer for eternity. If he loved unconditionally, he wouldn't be sending 90% of people to a place where they are in agony 24/7 365 forever. Pretty s####y if you ask me.

Matthew 7
14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
How can Christians believe that Christianity is the "narrow path" even though it is the largest religion in the world? Jesus said that only a "few" people would find the narrow path, yet the religion he supposedly set up has become the largest path in the world and is steadily growing larger and larger by the day and has been for 2,000 years.
If Jesus was god and god knows everything infinitely beforehand, then why would he say that only a few would find this path when he knew that billions would end up finding it in the end? I don't know about you guys, but "billions" and "few" are not compatible, they are total opposites actually.
This set-up that god has put into place has another problem. If god truly wanted everyone to be saved, then why would he intentionally make it to where only a "few" would find it? As I said before, god knows everything in advance, so him setting up a path that only a "few" would find goes against the common Christian belief that he wants everyone to be saved.
Why condemn billions of people throughout history to hell if you truly want them in heaven? Why make the path narrow when he could have made it wide enough to let everyone through? If god knows everything in advance, then it goes to reason that he intentionally condemned those people, because he knew that only a "few" would find it beforehand.
What are your thoughts on this?
And on a side note, from the mouth of Jesus:
Matthew 15
14 Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit."
And from the mouth of Paul:
2 Corinthians 5
7 For we live by faith, not by sight.
The "narrow gate" is the faith Roman Catholicism. God has one plan, man's plan and his free will, said
no.
Soon says Heaven, God in His great love is going to show every single person on the earth the true faith
is Roman Catholicism. After, no one will have the excuse of not knowing.
These two verses are incompatible. Those who do not walk by sight are blind. Think about that.edit on 15-5-2013 by 3NL1GHT3N3D1 because: (no reason given)

Yet Catholicism is the biggest denomination out of all denominations, no matter what religion you are talking about. There are over 1 BILLION Catholics around the world, and I'm pretty sure most if not all believe 100% in Catholic doctrine, so saying most aren't true Catholics is a total cop out.
So how is the largest path the narrowest again?
God calls everyone to repentance. Confession of your mortal sins to God. If you choose to follow Satan instead
of the good. It's your choice, you choose Hell. Don't do it. No one knows their last day so make regular from
the heart confession of your sins to God.
Has it ever occurred to anyone that:
1. Perhaps Satan and God are bound by rules similar to the prime directive of the Star Fleet Command in Star Trek.
2. Satan, being the evil one, had no qualms about breaking the rules - in the process, painting himself as his counterpart and God as the one with the corrupt nature.
3. God, in keeping with his rules, is unwilling to directly violate the code in order to correct the damage inflicted by Satan's deception and instead sends messengers to spread the truth in the form of "false prophets".
4. Satan would want to encourage ignorance and division in order to ensure conquest, while God would understand exactly how we work and would encourage us to make mistakes in order to learn to fly.
5. One of the two has never been able to tell his story from his own mouth. Out of the two, who is most likely to fear the word of the other? And therefore, who is most likely to place all the attention on himself in order to limit opportunity for competition?
6. One of the two is a fine liar, but the thing about lies is, words and actions are set apart by their meaning. One may claim to tell the truth, but the truth is in how they act. One of the two has made promises in exchange for power; one of the two has demonstrated love through cruelty; one of the two has painted obeisance as humility; one of the two has inconsistently demonstrated their priorities, as one would when balancing agendas - one for appearance, one for profit.
Psychology at its finest. Just something I wanted to throw out there.

I am afraid of losing my Job, it causes me anxiety.
Name one fear that does not lead at least some if not most or even all to have some anxiety.
Name one thing that causes anxiety that could not be classified fear.

If you understood anything about illumination of conscience then you would probably realize that conscience is the "I AM", the name that God gave to Moses and the name that Jesus gave when he was talking about "before Abraham".
We are the "I AM" because we are consciousness. The "I AM" is God, and we are the "I AM" as a collective. God is greater than me because I am only a piece of him, but I am still fundamentally God to the core, and so are you and so is every living creature in the universe.
That's why I think "Satan" wrote the bible. The greatest trick he ever played on the world was to make us believe he is god.
He has deceived the world, through religion.
