This was posted on FB and other websites 3 hours ago.

In the beginning of the video, the guy filming mentions the date: May 14, 2013.

This is supposedly a religious channel in Syria.

Location: Jihadi controlled city of Al-Riqa

Event: Summary execution of government workers by Jihadi rebels.

No idea if you guys will get a hold of this video elsewhere.
