A large portion of "truth-seekers" on this site seem to overlook a major contradiction...

If you think the rich, 1%, or whatever is evil...

Why keep buying their products?

That PC, MAC, iPad, cellphone, smartphone or whatever, you purchased to access this site., put money in their pockets.

I live in the USA, and people here are always saying "money is the root of all evil", but they still love it as much as any billionaire.

If you really want to make a change for "the better", stop buying such crap.

Stop shopping at Walmart. Stop eating McDonald's.

Just stop.

Sounds like you've solely created this thread because your upset about comments directed towards your post in the last thread.

I don't care about rich people either, but being born into this system of greed doesn't make me greedy. When self sustainability getting harder and harder to achieve, what does one do. I'm wondering why you joined in the first place.

Here's a novel idea, back out. Don't post. Don't even visit.

But saying things like this because you've got a personal vendetta about homosexuality is ridiculous.

Way to haphazardly lump all of us members together. Some of us do the best we can. Others do go the full 9 yards and get off the grid . Some of us just complain and accomplish very little.

Some of us shop at Wal-Mart. Others make a lot of homemade goods and repair their own appliances. Others do a little of both.

It's not that ATS is a bunch of hypocrites, but it can look that way when you whitewash a very diverse group of people.

I hope you can take a step back and realise, there is no way IRL that most of us truth seekers could or would ever meet up allowing us to discuss this stuff to begin with.

The internet has liberated mans mind, enabling him to get his hands on, as afore unobtainable information directly from the sources and witnesses with no filter.

Before the net, the people were spoon fed all news through the papers and the TV networks, at the pleasure of the elites, without any dissenting POV.

Now that the internet exists, it has frreed humanity from these chains of constrained information.

It is a beautiful thing to think about the people using their own tools against them to bring them down, and we are, daily, eventually it will be completely, we just need to wake up a critical mass of the populous.

We are moving in the right direction, I believe one day soon we may ackomplish this goal, and we will see honest needed change that is for the good of all man.

Just my take, didn't mean to rain on your doom porn fest.

You can't escape the system, even if you don't support them by buying their products, you are STILL in their playground playing by their rules. Don't feel offended if others don't (always) share your opinion.
Don't feel offended if others voice their opinions or arguments, counter-arguments, ripostes, under-the-belts or cat-scratching.
Don't be your own Moderator, you can't, this is also why there are Moderators and believe it or not, they are your impartial friends.
