Can an ex-President become Vice-President?

Say Hillary Clinton is the Dems' candidate for the Presidency in 2008, could she chose Bill as the vice-president candidate? (no asking if she'll do it, just asking if she can do it.)

Given the Democrats weak showing in the South, she will take a southerner.

Could she convert Zell Miller?

Hmmmmm....very interesting........

Well given the fact that Bill Clinton will be head of the UN in 2006, I doubt that he would want to be vice-president under his wife.

As far as I know, she can. There is nothing in the constitution against it, but it wouldn't be a smart move politically because Bill Clinton could not assume the office of the presidency if Hillary became unable to preform her duties. A more likely choice would be Hillary-Edwards

As much as America needs a woman in office.

I feel America is not ready to put a woman in.

Didn't thought about that part. Who is the next in line after the V-P?

Hillary vs. Condi Rice. What a fight that will be. I don't think that the Dems would really want to take her own. Look for her to get the Secretary of Defense post. from their she will take the next step to the Whitehouse. First minority President. You heard it hear first.

I really, really hate to sound in any way sexiest. But shouldnt factors like Post-menstrual Syndrome be taken into factor if we do elect a female president?
