Lets start a My last thread series

If you are feeling bad let it be, embrace that feeling, accept it, even more: love it.

If you can love light and darkness, if you love all the emotions, then nothing on earth can bring you down, you are above duality.

Above all those up and down feelings, there is a presence, someone quiet and peaceful, living and loving everything that happens... Wake him up!

Feeling lonely? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it
Feeling rage? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it
Feeling hate? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it
Feeling scared? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it
Feeling pain? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it
Feeling depressed? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it
Feeling with low self-esteem? Recognize, accept, and enjoy it

We are here on a place of duality to live all sides and colors and learn all about life.

You dont know what light is unless you have experienced its oposite: darkness.

Live the light, live the darkness, go to extremes, positive and negative, wisdom comes from living and loving it all.

Live it, love it, feel it, dont be afraid to feel, to live the drama!

Sometimes you detach, other times you attach, there is room for all of existence, live it all.

If you love it all, good or bad, you are brave, you are able to do anything and follow your dreams and live life to the fullest.

Be aware, accept and enjoy it all and you defeated your own mind trap.

Someone once said: there is nothing to fear but fear itself.

I agree with everything you said. Once you know how to perceive correctly, though, how should you behave? This is my struggle right now. This perception is of compassion. It is basically the root of compassion and is of a high ordinace. When you see that all is as it should be, you believe that it doesnt matter what you do. You figure people should accept you and your actions as much as you accept theirs. But they dont. So then, who is responsible for other peoples opinions? If not you, then that means you have no moral obligation.

So should we really accept all? Doing so makes you the sole responsible person for your opinions. And lets face it, there are some vile acts out there that you cant just accept.

Right seeing brings right action.
If there is someone still there worrying about how to behave - then one is still not seeing what is.

It is impossible to see what is. By viewing what is, you see what isn't.

You said that you are struggling with how to behave.
You said that you perceive correctly.
If you were perceiving correctly - you would know that there is no 'you' that is separate from what is. So 'who' (or what) is it that is struggling?

If you are scared of being scared... what happens?

You do whatever you can to run away from the fear...

But if you love the fear, you chase after it, you go through with it, and it disappears.

People are "scared" to love darkness and suffering because they are "scared" of bringing it into their lives... meanwhile they teach "love" while they run away from the darkness... instead of facing it and bringing light to it, being courageous.

Also, keep in mind... not everyone wants to live a life without suffering. Some people love the suffering and drama. So, this idea of "unconditional love for all" is only a secret to those who wish to end their suffering.

"All" can only exist through difference. If there is sameness, then it wouldn't be "all".

A painting is ONE. It is WHOLE. There is no separation between the "blue", the "red", the "Green"... it is all mixed in as ONE to form the WHOLE. However, this ONE (painting) can only exist BECAUSE of the difference otherwise it wouldn't be a WHOLE ONE (painting) it would just be a blank canvas...

me

Ok - then I can see why you are struggling - you still believe in the 'me story'.
Can you find a 'me' separate from presence?
There is only presence and presence tells stories (in words) that make believe that there is something more.

But dont you call that presence your self? I dont see myself as separate, so the fact that there are those who suffer means that I too suffer.

Presence is not 'my' self. Presence is the Self. There is nothing separate to it.
I don't have a life to struggle with - I am aliveness itself.

You say in this post that you do not know how to behave.
If there is a you not knowing how to behave - you do indeed feel separate.
You ask 'who is responsible for other peoples opinions?'. If you did not feel separate you would not be worried about 'other' people.
There is only presence.

There is only presence and it can appear as words telling a story about 'me' - who and where is this 'me'? Can it be found?

I have compassion for my self. And whenever you see me use the word, "other" on ats, you can be sure im referring to myself as the object of my individualized perception. I dont believe them to be separate, but I use the word to point to that part of myself which is the object of my individual perception. For some, this minimzes confusion.

The me (mind made) is lost in thought, lost in time.
The absence of me is the presence.

All is just happening as one.

Theres no such thing as loss of identity. Only a reconfiguration of identity.

Presence is the one true identity.

Based on your previous post and this quoted one, we can conclude:

The absence of identity is the true identity and is presence.

But if no identity is the true identity (of which there isnt one), doesnt the universe implode on itself? Identity equals no identity equals presence?

If all is one and all is present, is not individuality also contained within the one?

Just a thought.
