Very strange man found in Cleveland kidnapping interview.

I saw this interview on television and I could not take my eyes off this, in my opinion, very strange looking man.
It starts at the :43 second part of the video. Black man behind the womans right side. His right eye is at an almost upward angle. Very 'alien' like. It really caught my attention. Am I nuts? Or is this weird?

That's called video compression.

Do you not see where the video is distorted in the upper left hand portion?

Looks like a burns victim, could be from acid or chemicals, or another accident or birth defect. Walking around poorer neighborhoods you see all types of people with the scars of a hard life on them.

I once saw a guy in San Fran walking with no foot and a MacDonalds cup over his stump. poor soul.

The video quality is a problem, but I saw it on television originally.

I really think there is something here.

I actually mentioned that guy to my friend.

I feel he looks like a mixed race and that is all.
