The video, in its description, describes the maker of the video as some dude who faked a bombing in order to promote some free energy device or something. I guess he's trying to amass public approval in order to fund his ideas.

AntiChrist? No. He's an inventor who is rather disgruntled as a result of the general public not jumping all over his ideas, and the authorities reprimanding him for his less-than-clever attempts to garner awareness for his project.
