Generally speaking, however, it is frowned upon to use chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons in modern warfare.
Also, war and genocide are entirely different things. Our intentions in Iraq and Afghanistan were not to systematically eradicate the native peoples,
but rather to secure oil and other resources as well as to establish a western-friendly government and build military bases. I don't think you can
possibly compare Rwanda, Darfur, Congo, or the holocaust to our recent wars in the Middle East.
