3rd pic

4th pic

Yes they are the ones! Could they be space junk from the moon lander or tools etc left behind by the astronauts?

Thanks & a star for you!

Here's another that seems interesting and requires only adjusting brightness to get a better perspective.

Hello All:

After reviewing everybody's feedback I decided to take a closer look at the images. In fact I sent the images to a coworker/friend which works in graphic design and has really cool software. While i don't know what the dark shadow is... I'm confident in saying its not the shadow from the flag pole.

I don't expect anyone to take my word for it...Hopefully someone will see the post and provide conclusive data either way.

Respectfully;

The sun would move very little between shots the change in position would have a greater effect.

Move very little in a day? How about moving 30 degrees?

OP, could you mark up the image that you say has something strange on it?

Also, compare scenes at the Apollo Lunar Surface Journal site, there's scades of explanations and crew comments there.
