This just happened a short time ago. Here is the quick headline across the USGS tweet feed:

Magnitude 5.7 earthquake hits northwest India; shaking felt in Pakistan's Islamabad and India's New Delhi - @USGS

and the USGS data Summary

USGS

and another site I just discovered while looking for additional coverage. (There doesn't appear to be any news yet and this looks like a remote region). This other site appears to generate quite a bit of demographic/geographic data of the area of a quake. It may be one to bookmark. I have.

Newsroom America - Quake Info

Hopefully no one was badly effected by this.

I should note, the second link is of a quake a bit earlier from this one. It shows a different time and yesterdays date over a 4.6 magnitude. Although it's worth sharing because of the variety of data it carries with it. (What plants are nearby for Nuclear, Hydroelectric, etc ..and populations possibly impacted among other things)
