They do receive the highest number of requests.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a law that gives you the right to access information from the federal government. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government.

The requirements seem relatively straight forward.

A professor of mine put in a request with the FBI. He was surprised to see that they had pictures of him at an anti-war rally...

Maybe some ATS-ers would like to know about ETs or Area 51.

If they don't have anything on you, they will after you FOIA them!

It is a bit funny because they ask you how much you are willing to pay for the information. I wonder what an acceptable amount is or if $0 is acceptable since we should not have to pay for information our government is using our tax dollars to collect so in a sense we have already paid right?

Well, I was referring to the OP where it was suggested to get info on ETs or Tonopah. Three US presidents and numerous members of Congress have tried and been refused. The Roswell crash has a clearance higher than that of our most sophisticated nuclear warheads.
