Didn't Joe Stalin say something along the lines of "one death is a tragedy, a million deaths is a statistic?"

The true point in my thinking, is that if a building own by a wealthy corp. were found to be cracked and in danger in the USA, if the boss then ordered the workers to go back in the failing building as he did not want any loss in production..and then if said building collapsed killing 400 plus people....EVERYONE WOULD CARE!
