can't log in to BTS

I enter my username and password, click the login button...and nothing happens. I still see the "you are not logged in..." message at the top of the page. I've tried clearing both the cache and cookies, but it doesn't help. I'm running WinXP, SP2, with Firefox as my browser.

Please help!
